Our pre-exhaustion supersets include lying hamstring curls, hip abduction, leg extensions, and hip adduction. Then, get ready for walking lunges, Romanian deadlifts (RDLs), and different squat variations. Get ready to absolutely destroy your legs and get some incredible strength and definition.
