In all honesty, I don't know what I'm doing, but this program is simple, and I'm able to follow it and understand the structure they are teaching us to use.

I didn't do this workout yesterday because I was cramping badly from working in the garden. I dug up a big patch of dirt and mixed it with the garden soil soon into hard, rocky sand.

I feel bad for not just doing it but I figure I would have pulled something pretty badly.
