Hamstrings & Calves Seated Small Workout

I started off with Lifefitness Seated Hamstring Curls, a bit heavier in the 10+ rep range. I did 5 sets leaving a bit in the tank @1-2 RIR
-
Next, I did Hammer Strength Seated Calf Raises. These are currently unpopular with the evidence-based community but I’ve always preferred them as a close second in my calf candidacy list behind Standing Machine Raises which were just unavailable this session. I did 5 sets of these in the 20+ rep range and shut it down
