Post-Conditioning Pulling (Back & Rear Delts)
-
This week I went back to front loading rows. Early in a lift, I get more robust perturbation from load and with my spine as it is currently, machine rows are as heavy as I can safely and sustainably go. Bi-lateral for expediency I did 5 sets in the 10+ rep range
-
Next, I did 5 sets of wide-grip strict pull-ups to technical failure. When I start using body language on these they cease being a back movement and start becoming more like bodyweight cheat curls
-
Then, to finish off my lats I did 5 sets of wide pulldowns with the cambered end bar. Leaning back slightly for a different angle than the pull-ups, these get some of the fibers that may not have been engaged with the previous movement

Last, for direct posterior delt work I did Hammer Strength Pec Deck Reverse Flyes. I did 5 sets of these, high volume at 15+ reps
