For the 1st 5 sets I did Lifefitness Seated Hamstring Curls. These were high volume at a 15+ rep range, near concentric failure at 1-2 RIR

For calves I did Hammer Strength Machine Standing Raises. All 5 sets were 20+ rep range, sub-maximal and cultivating the stretch reflex like landing from a jump
