Six daily habits I'm using to sustain a healthy ketogenic way of living and stay healthy.

1. Wake up and go to bed a relatively the same time
2. keep exercise a priority - I prefer to exercise first thing in the morning (0350) in a fasted state.
3. Keep on my nutrition - 95% animal products
4. Manage stress - Kava tea, magnesium before bed, and Epson salt baths.
5. Read the bible - start to finish again.
6. Don't beat myself up if I slip. Nobody is perfect, we all have struggles and challenges in life.
