Chapter Nine: Balls and Beans
After Eddie Scarpa tasks Vito with trailing Luca Gurino, Vito discovers his target torturing Falcone men at the Clemente Slaughterhouse. Fighting through hostile territory, Vito rescues the captives and confronts Luca. With Tony Balls’ help, Luca meets a brutal end.
Vito’s loyalty pays off when he and Joe become made men, officially joining the Falcone family. With his newfound status, Vito purchases a house in Greenfield, believing his life is finally turning around.

Chapter Ten: Room Service
A war ignites between the families. The Falcone family declares war on Clemente, and Vito and Joe are tasked with eliminating the rival don. Disguised as hotel staff, they plant a bomb at Clemente’s meeting in the Empire Arms Hotel, but the explosion fails to kill him.
In a chaotic pursuit, Joe finishes Clemente off, but the victory is bittersweet. Marty, their young getaway driver, is killed during the mission. A devastated Joe spirals, leading to a violent accident that forces Vito to cover his tracks.

Chapter Eleven: A Friend of Ours
Henry Tomasino defects to the Falcones. Henry seeks Vito’s help to leave the Vinci family and join Falcone. After brokering the arrangement, Eddie Scarpa orders Henry to assassinate Leo Galante. Vito, loyal to his old mentor, warns Leo and helps him escape the city.
The O’Neill Gang retaliates for Brian O’Neill’s death, burning down Vito’s house. Left with nothing, Vito teams up with Joe to wipe out the gang at their Kingston bar. Though Mickey Desmond escapes, the gang is effectively crushed. Homeless and broke, Vito moves into Marty’s rundown apartment.

Chapter Twelve: Sea Gift
Henry reveals Falcone’s plan to dominate the drug trade and proposes dealing heroin to beat him at his own game. Though hesitant, Vito agrees, and the trio borrows $35,000 from loan shark Bruno Levine to buy heroin from the Triads.
The transaction at the Sea Gift Fishing Co. is interrupted by a fake police raid, sparking a deadly shootout and a harrowing car chase. After escaping their pursuers, Vito, Joe, and Henry spend the day selling the heroin around Empire Bay, earning a small fortune.
