Post-Conditioning Hamstrings & Calves Small Workout

First I began with Lifefitness Machine Lying Hamstring Curls. I did 5 sets, 10+ reps near but not quite to concentric failure at around 1-2 RIR
-
Next I did 5 sets of Hammer Strength Standing Machine Calf Raises. Like usual I did these in the 20+ rep range, cultivating the stretch reflex for a forceful contraction akin to a rebounding jump. In almost 30 years, “slow and controlled” has yielded negligible results with my calf training, whereas this explosive type light, high volume “bouncing” has grown my calves inches over the years
