As usual I began with my current favorite, the Hammer Strength Bi-Lateral Horizontal Row. I did 5 sets, 10+ rep range

Then next I did some strict, wide-grip pull-ups. For all 5 sets, I faced the shelf and controlled the eccentric to eliminate the swing focusing on keeping my chest up, retracting my scapulae and pulling with the lats through my elbows and pinkies
