Post-Conditioning Pressing & Accessories

My primary press after some elbow and shoulder warmup was incline dumbbell beginning with 5 sets of doubles
-
Next for volume I did 5 more DOWN sets of incline dumbbells in the 5-7 rep range for 10 sets of incline dumbbell press total in exercises 1 & 2 of the workout
-
Next, for side delts I did some Lifefitness Seated Machine Lateral Raises. I did 5 sets of these in the 10+ rep range beginning at 1-2 RIR with the last couple sets to concentric failure

At the last I did 5 sets of regular pushups at 20+ reps and shut it down for 20 total sets broken up into 3 distinct exercises, incline dumbbells with main and down sets, machine lateral raises as an accessory and pushups as a calisthenic movement
