For knee-flexion I did Lifefitness Machine Lying Hamstring Curls. The experts assert that seated curls with the built in hip-flexed position are inherently superior due to the stretch. I’m not inclined to disagree, it makes total sense and I love that exercise, but lying curls certainly “feel” like my hamstrings are getting stretched to pieces. Long, 15+ rep sets of these with a controlled eccentric phase absolutely destroy my hamstrings. As far as I’m concerned either is a great option for knee flexion specific hamstring work

Next/Last I did Hammer Strength Machine Standing Calf Raises. I try to place my feet on the step in such a way as to “monkey foot grip” the step with my toes inside my shoe. It feels like doing Shaka 🤙🏾 in the toe box. That increases the surface area with which you can push against to flex the gastrocs and slightly more range of motion for the stretch especially if you have tight calves/achilles like I do
