UN envoy urges Syrians to keep law and order, uphold human rights

United Nations Special Envoy for Syria Geir Pedersen said on Sunday (December 8) that all armed actors in Syria must maintain law and order and preserve public institutions, after rebel forces announced they had toppled the government of Syria's Bashar al-Assad.
