Spain arrests crew of migrant boat after eight allegedly killed

Spanish police said on Wednesday (February 19) they have arrested seven crew members of a crowded migrant boat that arrived from Senegal in the Canary Islands in late December, after allegations that eight people, including a toddler, were killed during the trip.
