Question: if eating low carb, do fat cells actually shrink?
-used to believe had max fat cell count at 2 years old...
-some people can grow new fat cells but most don't
-bulk of added fat mass is in existing fat cells
In obese: fat cells are large; in lean people, very small
-when lose weight, fat cells shrink, like deflating balloon

Fat loss: simple if follow the science...
-chemical influences in brain that drive you to eat
-hormonal influences in body determines what you do with
what you have eaten
So, control for both of these for simple weight loss
