Post-Conditioning Hamstrings & Calves

I began with Lifefitness Machine Seated Hamstring Curls. 5 sets total I did these in the 15+ rep range sub-maximally. The marginally greater stimulus from training my hamstrings to complete failure isn’t worth the fatigue/mobility downsides at work and in successive conditioning sessions so I rarely get closer than 2-3 RIR

Next and last for this Small Workout I did Hammer Strength Machine Standing Calf Raises. Another 5 sets here, again, high volume in the 20+ rep range

Busy day up ahead so I cut it early. For training to be consistent, it has to be amenable to lifestyle. Better to do the thing that can be done repeatedly than to do the “optimal” thing at the expense of other areas in life
