Post-Conditioning Pulling & Accessories
-
The pulling session began as usual with Hammer Strength Bi-Lateral Horizontal Rows with shorter rest periods for intensification
-
Next, I did 5 sets Wide-Grip Lat Pulldowns. Despite how surprisingly crowded the place was today, I managed to grab my favorite attachment with the rubber grips and sternum pad. With this guy I can have some fun, go a bit heavier and yank the bar into my chest forcefully like arm-dragging a larger opponent
-
Third, for the “form police” that hate on my rows and pulldowns, for my first “accessory” I did some strict pull-ups
-
Finally, for biceps/forearms/brachialis, I did some Alternating Dumbbell Hammer Curls, specifically the Cross-Body Variety
-
That’s it. 4 exercises, 20 sets total. Time for a Thanksgiving… PROTEIN SHAKE!!
