undischarged nervous system energy

we live in closure deficit times, before we have even wrapped up what we are working on, any hint of free capacity is usually smelt by the vast array of human hyenas circling our perimeter of peace.

this applies to both positive and negative experiences (naturally the latter with more priority given its corruptive nature).

Not tying a bow, both through our hero story and energetically finding completion can leave us partially in the past - robbing us of our present.

For extended periods of hyper-vigilance or one-off highly emotive moments, they leave a mark of a nervous system that, due to the evidence of ‘non-overcoming’ casts a broader threat detection net, and more nervous reactive energy is allocated to the next moment that looks anything like it. Which contrastingly tends to shrink our world, as we float on the path of least resistance.

if you’d like to participate in a somatic release of undischarged nervous system energy, I’ve just uploaded a session to the platform for those of you who think that might be appropriate for this stage of your journey.

to your healing 💙
