Post-Conditioning Knee-Support Small Workout

I began with Lifefitness Machine Seated Hamstring Curls. 5 sets total in the 15+ rep range done sub-maximal at around 2-3 RIR
-
I finished with 5 sets of Hammer Strength Standing Machine Calf Raises. I did these light, high volume, sub-maximally in the 20+ rep range
-
That’s it. 10 sets, quick and dirty. Small Workout Style
