Post-Conditioning Pulls & Accessories
-
For a primary pull I began with Hammer Strength Horizontal Rows. I did these Bi-Lateral for expediency, 5 sets total in the 10+ rep range
-
Next, for a vertical pull I did Wide-Grip Cable Lat Pulldowns. Same scheme of maneuver as the rows, 5 sets at 10+ reps each
-
For an accessory I used the Hammer Strength Pec-Deck for Rear Delt Reverse Flyes. These 5 sets were done at 15+ reps/set
-
Last for the first time in over a year I did some curls! I grabbed some light dumbbells and did Alternate Cross-Body Hammer Curls for the brachialis muscle and forearms. I did 5 sets of 10+ each side and the. Shut it down to get ready for my flight
