20-Minute Total Body Mobility Workout

This 20-minute mobility workout is a no repeats, no cardio total body experience for muscular engagement and lengthening. If you don't have any fitness equipment, that's ok! No shoes should be worn for these movements to feel the stretching throughout the soles of the feet. You may want a mat, a towel and a weight (I am using a 15 lb kettlebell) for this series.
