Meal Prep: Pork!!

I have a work trip Wednesday and a lot of driving tomorrow so today I got ahead of things and did my packing and meal prep
-
I had a 4oz lunch and 2x 6oz dinners from the last meal prep and I just cooked around 60 additional ounces (3 & 3/4lbs) worth which will last me till Sunday. This includes the meals I’ll pack for travel so I don’t need to spend any money at the airport or eating out
-
Pork is has a complete amino acid profile to include sulphur aminos like glycine. Since I don’t generally eat eggs, that’s a key consideration and why if not beef, my default animal protein is pork not chicken

It’s also super cheap, at $2.99/lb at Safeway so a weeks worth of meat was under $20 🤷🏾‍♂️

Lastly, with Kinders Honey Hot BBQ it’s a match made in heaven taste-wise. I can (and pretty much do) eat this for weeks on end and not get tired of it 😁
