Post-Conditioning Knee-Support Small Workout

2 movements, 10 sets total beginning with 5 sets of Lifefitness Seated Hamstring Curls. These are done in the 15+ rep range starting at 1-2 RIR with the last 2 sets close to concentric failure at 0-1 RIR

Second and last are Hammer Strength Machine Standing Calf Raises. These 5 sets are all 20+ reps and sub-maximal in a quick, rebound style cadence to stimulate connective tissue resilience in the foot and ankle for injury prevention when landing or stepping down
