After a quick elbow warmup with a band I found handy where I was doing my toes to bar I got set up to do something heavy incline dumbbells. I got under the 80s again, as I’ve been for the second time this week and banged out 5 sets of triples for strength-skill work

Doubles become triples, triples become 5s and so on. Consistency is a superpower 💪🏾
