Post-Conditioning Pressing
-
First to warmup the elbows and shoulders I did the following with my bands:
-
1+ Minute Banded Triceps Pushdowns
-
1+ Minute Banded Pull-Aparts
-
Following these, I did a few brief sets with light dumbbells before getting into my 5 work sets of heavy doubles for strength-skill work
-
After the heavy doubles, I reduced the weight and did another 5 DOWN sets in the 7+ rep range for additional volume and strength/hypertrophy
