up the cholesterol needed for HORMONE production

-my own: decaf coffee with egg yolk & 2 tbs butter
-6k paddleboarding
-workday--with snack of tallow+jerky or tallow+meat
-lunch: 4-6oz steak w/ butter
-dinner: same as lunch

optimization? Yes
