Biden Refers to Trump Supporters as ‘Garbage’ Before White House Quickly Walks It Back

Biden: “People of Puerto Rico in my home state of Delaware, they’re good, decent, honorable people. The only garbage I see floating out there are his supporters. His — his demonization of Latinos is unconscionable and it’s un-American.”

MARTINEZ: “Well, listen, again, those were strong words and I don’t agree that we should call Trump supporters either. That’s not right. I do appreciate the president supporting our community and supporting Puerto Rico, but obviously, you know, calling his supporters trash is not something that should have been said.”
