15-Minute Resistance Band Travel Standing Workout

This 15-minute resistance band standing workout consists of 5 movements at 60 seconds for 2 total rounds through. I am using a SPRI medium resistance tube with handles and strongly recommend shoes for this workout as it’s done entirely standing with the band sometimes underneath the feet.

This workout is perfect for small spaces such as an apartment or a hotel room and is low impact so no jumping required!
