I began again with seated hamstring curls on the Lifefitness brand machine but with a heavier load. I did 5 sets in the 10+ rep range at 1-2 RIR

Following hamstring curls, I did 5 sets of Hammer Strength standing machine calf raises for the gastrocs before shutting this small workout down
