Post-Conditioning Pulling

I began with Hammer Strength horizontal rows bi-lateral for expediency. This weight is quickly becoming more of a 15-20 rep load so for intensification, I used brief reps periods for training density. I did 5 sets in the 10+ rep range from 2-3 RIR to 0-1 RIR the final set

Then I did heavy-ish cable lat pulldowns with a wide grip. Same sort of thing as the rows, I kept the rest periods brief which made my working weight a lot harder. I did 5 more sets of these starting at 1-2 RIR with the last set butting up against concentric failure

2 exercises, 5 sets each and I shut it down. Small Workout style
