In this 10-minute classical Pilates workout I use the foam roller in place of the spine corrector. This video will target your core, open up your lower back, and strengthen your abs. All things needed for lower back pain.
Beginners straighten the legs to the ceiling and lower to advance. If you feel any pain focus on the ribs pulling towards the mat, your breath, and reach to 90 degrees. Feel free to leave anything out that does not feel good. I hope you enjoy!
