Post-Conditioning Knee-Support Small Workout

Today’s another seated edition beginning with Lifefitness seated hamstring curls. I did 5 sets of these in the 15+ rep range with sub-maximal loading, around 2-3 RIR

For calves I used the Hammer Strength plate loaded seated calf raise. Similar to hamstrings I did 5 sets but with a higher, 20+ rep range hitting the soleus as well as the gastrocs on account of the seated position
