I will vote for the candidate who most closely believes government’s purpose is to reward good and punish evil.

Romans 13:1-4 reading from verse 3 NLT “For the authorities do not strike fear in people who are doing right, but in those who are doing wrong… The authorities are God’s servants, sent for your good. But if you are doing wrong, of course you should be afraid, for they have the power to punish you. They are God’s servants, sent for the very purpose of punishing those who do what is wrong.”

If authorities will not punish evil and reward good, we know they are not operating with Godly character.

I will vote based as close as I can on God’s Word.

2 Tim 3:16 “All scripture is given by inspiration of God and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness”
