MZTV 1591: When Something Bad Happens, Practice the Snatching Away

I begin this show with a comparative study of the words “nice” and “meek.” (Thank you, Ashley.) Can one be meek without being nice? Indeed! I think my main objection to the “Be Nice” T-shirt was the implied lecture. If someone wants niceness to be his or her battle cry, then fine. But please don’t attempt to burden the rest of us with your politically-correct disposition. It’s the lecture aspect, I think, that inspired my crass answer to it. To anyone offended by my hypothetical T-shirt response, I apologize.

The show then becomes a recipe for dealing with the troubles and disappointments of life: Practice the snatching away. How does one do this? Allow me to explain and demonstrate.
