Post-conditioning Back Small Workout

I began with Hammer Strength Bi-Lateral Horizontal Rows. I did 5 sets, 10+ reps at 2-3 RIR. I’m about ready to add weight or commit to sets of 15+ with this movement

Second and last this being a small workout, I did wide-grip cable lat pulldowns with a slightly wider attachment than I prefer. These were also 10+ reps for all 5 sets, 1-2 RIR
