30-Minute Glute Interval Workout with Mini-Band + Ankle Weights

This 30-minute interval workout features glute strength and core connectivity in 3 sets of 45 seconds work. This workout can be done in small spaces; perfect for apartment-friendly exercise. This is also a completely jump-free workout! I am using a medium cloth mini-band, 5 lb ankle weights, and yoga mat today. Training shoes are optional with this low impact workout.
