Pressing & Accessories: Heavy Doubles

First up for pressing is strength-skill work with bodyweight plus incline dumbbells. Bodyweight plus on account of the dumbbell in each hand being slightly over half what I currently weigh. I’m doing 5 sets of doubles with these at 1-2 RIR. If my life depended on it, I could probably get ONE good set of 5 OR a few sets of 3 so repeat doubles post-conditioning while still on empty is a good benchmark for my “Tactical, sport-specific” considerations
