Kicking the Heavy Bag | SHIN Exercise

Stand in a kickboxing stance in front of the heavy bag, as you roundhouse kick the bag, twist your hip, and if not injured twist your front foot on the ball of your foot. Hit the bag with your shin to condition it, and continue trying to hit the upper, middle, and lower parts of the shin. Switch legs and repeat!
