Post-Conditioning Pulling & Accessories

For the second time this week I get in another 5 sets of Hammer Strength Bi-Lateral Horizontal Rows. Same as before, I do these in the 10+ rep range, 2-3 RIR

Again, for my second movement I did Wide-Grip Lat Pulldowns for a vertical pull. I did 5 more sets, all done 10+ rep range with slightly greater proximity to failure at 1-2 RIR

Last, for an accessory I did Pec Deck Rear Delt Reverse Laterals. This time I used the Lifefitness model with a pronated grip. This makes the concentric skin to an outwardly swing hammer fist as I “pull” through my pinkies, through my elbows in a quarter circle parabolic arc. The rear delts get a meaningful stimulus from rows and pulldowns so one additional exercise, 5 sets in the 10+ rep range to near if not actual failure is more than sufficient to finish the job
