Post-Conditioning Knee-Support Small Workout

I began with Lifefitness Seated Hamstring Curls. I went a bit heavier today, still in the 15+ rep range for all 5 sets ending around 1-2 RIR

The second and final exercise for claves was seated using the Hammer Strength plate loaded machine for to hit the Soleus and Gastrics muscles. A common mistake on this exercise to over-index towards overload as the Soleus muscle in most people is predominantly type-1 “slow-twitch” fibers. This makes it more amenable to lighter weights and higher volume with the stretch as a major contribution to the stimulative mechanical tension
