5 Minutes on Faith: Have you spoken to the storm? #127

It does not matter whether you are dealing with an emotional storm or a physical storm, like the horrendous hurricanes that we are witnessing week after week.
We have authority over all things. God gave us dominion over the earth and the authority to use His WORD to speak to every storm.

Psalm 93: 3-4 AMPC
The floods have lifted up, O Lord, the floods have lifted up their voice; the floods lift up the roaring of their waves. The Lord on high is mightier and more glorious than the noise of many waters, yes, than the mighty breakers and waves of the sea.

Psalm 89: 8-9
O Lord God of hosts, who is a mighty one like unto You, O Lord? And Your faithfulness is round about You. You rule the raging of the sea; when its waves arise, You still them.

Matt 8:25-26
And they went and awakened Him, saying, Lord, rescue and preserve us! We are perishing! And He said to them, Why are you timid and afraid, O you of little faith? Then He got up and rebuked the winds and the sea, and there was a great and wonderful calm.

“He shall call upon me and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble: I will deliver him and honor him. With long life I will satisfy him, and shew him my salvation. “
