For hamstring knee flexion I began with the Lifefitness seated hamstring curl. All 5 sets were in the 15+ rep range, sub-maximal at 2-3 RIR

I finished with Hammer Strength machine standing calf raises for the gastrocs. 5 sets, 20+ reps, with short rest periods for training density
