Sure you can be both, but why be an unpaid employee of the corporation of the United States.

28 U.S. Code § 3002 (15) the United States is a corporation.

You can and should stand as a foreign national AND a citizen of the United States of America.

You can be both.
But never ever say you are a citizen, resident, or person.

They've corrupted the word citizen as use it as only having one meaning.
