Stop calling codes & statutes laws.

If a code was a law, it would be called a law.
It's called US CODE for a reason.

Yes, this is real.

For instance, right now, the city will not rent a boat slip to me because I will not register my boat with the State Of Florida.

Why not?
Because the State Of Florida is a private for profit corporation acting under the "color of law".

Not.
Actual.
Law.
Color of law means they think they can interpret the codes any way they like and rights don't matter.

By registering my boat, I essentially turn ownership over to them.

I then "allow", consent, permit, the water police to board my boat to be sure I'm following the "rules" I agreed to, that I consented to follow.

There is no LAW that I have to register my boat with a private for profit corporation and agree to give them JURISDICTION over me.

They agreed to a lease/contract with me where there is no mention of the registration on it.

Then they called me the next day asking for my registration.

Because they'll never put it in writing that they're trying to force me to violate my rights!

So they are trying to terminate my lease via a section where they can terminate me without cause.

Some marinas will not allow me docking because I don't have the registration LEASH.

I do not fall into this category but Mr. Oldershaw has no idea about this which is why he ignored my SCOTUS rulings and claim.

Maritime law does not exist for me on the intercostal waters of Florida BECAUSE I'M NOT IN THE CONTRACT and I did not agree to register my boat, nor get a "license" to boat, as there is no requirement by the LAW that I do.

So I am ok that the private for profit marina will not rent me a slip, but the public marina, well they can't do that.
