Post-Conditioning Knee Support Small Workout

First, I did seated hamstring curls for knee flexion, going up slightly in loading but staying in the 15-20 rep range for 5 sets

Next, I did seated calf raises for the soleus and gastrocs calf muscles. The soleus is the inner, more proximal to the tibia calf muscle that is put into insufficiency when your leg is straight. When the knee joint , the soleus engages and stabilizes the knee and ankle. The soleus is generally a slow twitch, low force, fatigue resistant muscle so it responds well in most people to light weight and high volume work and you don’t need to stack a bunch of plates on this thing. I do 5 sets of 20+ reps and shut it down
