The Legislature Of Georgia Should Have Changed Our Election System

The legislature of GA should have changed our election system in GA. After the 2020 election David Ralston died, BKP ran to replace him. The voters rejected BKP for someone who did not fight for election integrity. The dominion machines should not be in GA.
The DeKalb county GOP is led by Marci McCarthy. She loves self promotion. She filed a lawsuit. There were only 3 witnesses in the courtroom. Clay Parik showed how he can get the encryption keys very easy on the dominion machines. He is from Huntsville AL. He was part of the AZ case that was dismissed. He was a paid witness, $250/hour. The third in the case was Benjamin Cotton, he is a tech guy that has national security clearance from MT. He gets $350/hour. And it was 7 hours 36 minutes and 56sec yesterday. Marci is not a good person. She is the chairman of the Dekalb county GOP. It is about the encryption keys. The claim is that the encryption keys are open and available to everyone. A beginning hacker could get into the system is what Clay Parik said. What the claim is that SOS Raffensperger has failed at his duties. He has not kept the rules and has not complied and they are asking for the court to force the SOS to fulfill his mandatory duties. The judge is McAfee. The encryption key is in the Halderman Report. Marci testified she read the Halderman report in 2023, which is still in litigation in Curling vs Raffensperger. If the judge ruled for Marci, it would wipe out the machines. Many of you would cheer about that, the election is well on its way. If you wanted those machines gone. The true place to get rid of those machines was in the state legislature. There has been a major effort by the GA State election board and a major push to get the courts to look at the machines. The state legislature, SOS Raffensperger and Gov Kemp will not do what we want and get rid of the machines. The question is why now is she bringing the case, why did she wait? It doesn’t matter when, it doesn’t change the fact that every elected official is to comply with state code. That is the argument.
It is almost like the same group of people brought the same case from AZ to GA with the same argument.
Clay Parik was never able to prove the harm. And after Parik and cotton was done it sounded like it was going after dominion.
He didn’t rule on dismissal. He can write an order. The SOS asked for a dismissal. He said he would have something written and out by the end of the week. The only thing that happened yesterday was that a lot of people made a lot of money off this.
The judge is not going to hear 7 hours of testimony from 3 witnesses and change the entire voting system in GA. McAfee didn’t have the nerve to remove Fani Willis. Don’t expect a favorable ruling.
