In Alternate Nostril Breathing Part 1, we close the nostrils only on the exhales and breathe through both nostrils on the inhale. This is a progressive Breathing series and it's best to practice until you feel confident and comfortable with the exerise before moving on to the next.

All 3 of the breathing exercises in this series are wonderful for calming the mind and relaxing the body. Helping you to let go of accumulated stress energy.
