Welcome to Day 22 of this 30 Days of Chair Yoga Journey! In Back Stretch and Strengthen, we begin with some breathing, then focus on postures which help activate and strengthen the middle back muscles especially. We balance this out with some forward folds to relax the back and neck muscles. We finish with a Guided Meditation.
