Post-Conditioning Small Pull Workout

Time was short this morning so another “small workout” was in order. I began with Hammer Strength Rows as usual but I made them a bit heavier to get a more robust stimulus in a shorter time. I still pulled in the 10+ rep range with a bit more if an explosive concentric
-
Then of course to finish I paired the rows with wide grip pulldowns to target lats specifically with another 5 sets in the 10-15 rep range
-
That’s it. 2 exercises, 10 sets. Quick and dirty
