Welcome to Day 13 of this 30 Dyas of Chair Yoga Journey! In Warm Up and Ground Down, we get right into it with some warming strength postures for the legs, then we ground down with relaxing seated forward folds. We begin with some Breathing and finish with a guided Medotation:)

I recorded this on one of the few rainy days in San Diego:) So enjoy the sounds of the rain.
