Welcome to Day 11 of the 30 Days of Chair Yoga Journey! Today we focus on Chair Pose. We'll come to this pose multiple times and spend some time feeling in our bodies to adjust so it feels right for us.This is a great posture for preparing to practice the Standing Chair Yoga Classes because it helps strengthen the legs while seated. We begin with some Breathing and end with a Guided Relaxation.
